At Andrus Physical Therapy we take of billing your insurance carrier for you. Clients are responsible for any co-payment / co-insurance or deductible amount as designated by your specific insurance plan for in-network, physical therapy services.
We will also bill your insurance carrier directly if you are using "out-of-network" benefits if you prefer. The client is responsible for services in accordance to your out of network benefit for physcial therapy.

What if Andrus Physical Therapy is not an in-network provider for my insurance?
That's ok too. You can access our services using your out-of-network benefits if they apply to your plan.
